By deploying our Risk Intelligence Nodes, you agree to the following operational protocols and legal framework.
01. Software Licensing
Usage Rights & Nodes
Subject to these Terms, we grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Risk Management Platform per the number of Operational Nodes deployed in your subscription plan.
Internal Use Only
Software may only be used for the internal risk assessment of your registered entity.
No Reverse Engineering
Decompiling the predictive algorithms or risk models is strictly prohibited.
02. Risk Limitation
Disclaimer of Outcomes
While our software uses advanced AI forecasting, Risk Management is inherently predictive, not certain.
We do not guarantee that the use of our software will prevent 100% of data breaches or operational failures. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in the trailing 12-month period.
03. Operational SLA
99.9% Uptime Commitment
We strive for maximum uptime for our Risk Intelligence Nodes. However, scheduled maintenance protocols will be communicated 24 hours in advance through the Admin Dashboard.
